If you’ve been a guest at GLOW studios for a while now you’ve experienced changes to our point system before. You may remember our old system that allowed you to spend your points on things like a free massage or blow out, and unfortunately once we switched our software began using a new points program that was no longer an option.
While we’ve spent the past year or so becoming more familiar with this software, we’ve been taking note of areas in need of improvement and this was definitely in need of some TLC…
That’s why we’ve increased the amount you earn with each dollar spent, and simplified our points program to allow our guests to spend their points more freely!
With this GLOW up, once guests have at least 100 points they can begin redeeming them for discounts on products and services! Using your points is easy! Just ask to apply points to your invoice at checkout!
For example:
If you have 1020 points, that’s the same as $51!
You can then use your points for a discount on your invoice, up to 30% OFF!
Points can be used on both products and services!
